I would be honored to support you along your process of healing from traumatic/adverse childhood experiences, grief/loss, life transitions, and postpartum depression. As a mental health professional, I have seen first-hand the plight of the human condition. Throughout the past 20+ years, I have gained incredible experience and insight that have uniquely prepared me for this work. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has served diverse populations in various capacities. Mental wellness care is such a vital component of your whole well-being. I encourage you to start exactly where you are today. I believe that our ability to grow and heal hinges upon our views and beliefs of what we can see. What we cannot see we do not truly know. Therefore, I will provide you with a safe place where you can explore your thoughts and emotions to manifest a shift in your perspective developing the clarity, growth, peace, and healing you seek. I understand this process intimately and recognize that deep restoration reveals itself and is realized in layers.
