Welcome! Here is a little about me and my treatment interests. I am a licensed psychologist, and have been trained in and work with adults, as well as children and adolescents. Besides more traditional talk therapy, I have spent significant time training in different meditation techniques. First, learning techniques for myself, then, how they work, how to teach others, as well as using meditation as a therapeutic tool. I am also certified in both Spiritual Direction and Clinical Hypnotherapy, and have extensive training in Energy Psychology/work.
