Welcome! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 20 years of experience in just about every mental health setting. My specialty is in Trauma Informed therapy, working with clients with symptoms of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. In addition to trauma and abuse, I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, compassion fatigue, grief and loss, issues with negative self-talk, motivation, self-esteem and confidence, family conflict, stress and life changes. I use an integrative treatment approach, focusing on the balance of spirit, soul and body, tailoring the method of therapy to your individual personality and needs.
