I am dedicated to helping people from all walks of life navigate towards healthy and gratifying living. I create a supportive and caring environment for self-exploration in therapy: where people can explore difficult emotions, challenge thinking, and learn new tools and skills to take control of their mental health. I see that each person has a unique path to healing. I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Eastern Illinois University. I have experience in the treatment of anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, grief/loss, LGBTQ+ challenges, difficult life transitions, and more. I utilize humanistic, strengths-based, and cognitive behavioral therapy approaches along with creative mediums such as art and play therapy. Everyone can use a little help sometimes. I am grateful for every client that shares their story and allows me into their journey of growth and healing.
