I am licensed in Maine with 32 years of professional work experience including 20 years of Mental Health Work with the USAF. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, parenting issues, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with my clients to create an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared safely. . It takes courage to reach out for help so you have taken the first step.
