I am an experienced, mature therapist who has provided therapy to those fighting addictions and mental health issues for over 20 years. I offer supportive counseling combined with assessment, planning and evidence-based techniques (CBT, DBT, EMDR) to teach clients new ways to cope and move forward toward their goals.
