As a fully licensed professional counselor in Colorado, I will accompany you in your wellness walk virtually in my secure virtual office. Life is full of transitions and often presents with challenges that require us to adapt and change. I can help by creating a safe environment/ promote healing and growth through the changes of life. I do this by being attentive, supportive, challenging, and compassionate while embracing the losses and struggles that our lives bring.
