After 32 years of treating individuals and couples, I have developed my own approach to providing therapy. I was trained psychoanalytically, however, I incorporate psychodynamic, interpersonal, and CBT. techniques. I treat the whole person and will provide nutritional advice and Reiki healing, as needed/wanted. The environment is non-judgemental and safe.
