I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in the state of Kentucky with over 5 years experience at the master level and 10+ years experience working in mental health settings. I have worked with a wide range of concerns including trauma, separation, family mediation and concerns, anxiety, depression, parenting problems, OCD, ADHD, relationship problems and more.
My therapy style is warm but realistic and very person centered. I believe in helping the individual long term and helping find solutions that encourage this. I believe in treating every individual with respect and compassion.
My approach combines cognitive behavioral, solution focused and person centered approaches that are tailored to your specific treatment to meet your specific and unique needs.
