I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, who received my education from Stony Brook University in New York. With over 20 years in the human services field, I provided service to children, adolescents, and adults in various settings. I am currently licensed in Virginia, North Carolina, and Georgia.
I have substantial experience with individuals who need support with traumatic experiences, unhealthy relationships, anger management, positive coping skills, family planning, parenting education, career planning and development, self-empowerment and communication skills - to name a few.
My style of therapy is relaxed, yet engaging. However, if there is silence - no need to apologize! I welcome the moment as a time for you to reflect, process, or just take a breath. My role is to support you in your transformation and empower you to bring more peace and calm in your life.
