About

I am a licensed mental health counselor with 8 years of experience working with various populations. I have experience working with depression, family and relationship issues, aging issues, and other life experiences. I obtained a master’s degree in counseling psychology from Trinity International University. I strive to foster a safe space where clients can tell their story, gain insight into how that has impacted them, and create a new reality that is more fulfilling. I utilize various therapeutic approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and solution focused therapy.
