About

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in North Carolina with over 10 years of experience in Social Work and 3 years of counseling experience. I have worked with clients with different backgrounds and needs ranging from children to older adults, with issues in anxiety, depression, Veterans issues, children and family issues, body image, and career guidance. I also have experience with trauma, and PTSD.

My counseling style is client-centered, allowing my clients to guide the process at their own pace. I approach each client with respect and without judgement. I like for the therapeutic process to work from where the client is currently, and allowing them to decide what their goals are and what approach works best for them. My approach is primarily cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and humanistic.
