I am a licensed clinical professional counselor (LCPC) that will provide a safe space for you to share your thoughts, feelings, and emotions. I have personal and professional experience providing support to individuals and families that has experienced premature or unexpected child loss. Additionally, I have experience helping individuals with depression, anxiety, life transitions, and making career choices. The journey to healing may seem like an uphill battle but with my help you will find that it is possible to push through. I received my master’s degree in counseling psychology from the University of St. Thomas in Minneapolis, MN. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing to assist clients in the therapeutic process. Don’t rush the process. There is no limit on healing.
