I have years of experience working with individuals, couples, and groups in a manner that is culturally sensitive and relevant. I help people overcome difficulties associated with anxiety, mood disorders, relationship issues, identity concerns, and employer/employee interaction problems. I am here to help you get through the hard times and foster personal growth. My hope is that you are open to caring and honest feedback. What is your approach to therapy? I meet people where they are in their current growth cycle with psychotherapy. I use a variety of treatment approaches to help you take care of yourself mentally and emotionally. My approach to assessment and therapy is evidenced based while remaining relatable and engaging without being condescending or bogged down by too much psychobabble. I like to use appropriate humor as a tool in my sessions. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I foster a supportive environment and nurture a curiosity for treatment that will allow you to share some of your worries and road-blocks with me.
