Hi there! Have you been feeling overwhelmed lately? Has life piled on stressors due to overwhelming changes around you? Are you struggling to function and the past keeps replaying over and over? Making the first step to start therapy can be hard. It takes a great deal of strength, vulnerability and courage to get help. My first priority is providing a private, comfortable and compassionate environment where you feel at ease opening up. I only work with individuals who are 18 years and older through my private practice.
