My name is Myranda. I’ve been working as a behavioral therapist at a DBT clinic since 2015. I enjoy helping clients struggling with many different things. DBT specializes in teaching life skills and helping people become more efficient with mindfulness, distress tolerance, emotions, and relationships. I love helping people problem solve, being with them when they’re struggling, helping them process and identify their needs, and encouraging them to becoming the healthiest version of themselves.
