My name is Muriel Casamayor; I am a psychotherapist, independently licensed in the state of California (LMFT License #116554). I have been practicing psychotherapy since beginning my Master of Marriage and Family Therapy program in 2014, at Hope International University. Since graduating in 2016 with my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy, I have provided mental health evaluations and therapy for multiple of individuals, struggling with a wide range of moderate to severe psychiatric disorders, including Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, psychotic disorders, depression and anxiety, as well as issues related to domestic violence, substance abuse, separation from loved ones and dislocation. I have also done work assessing children’s attachments to their parents, as well as the impact on children of parental separation and the impact of increase of stressors at home.
