Hi there! I am so glad you made it here. I am looking forward to working with you to get your inner light back. Throughout my career I have had the privilege of helping many navigate life challenges, complex trauma, anxiety, and move towards a more fulfilling and values-driven life. In my practice, I use a psychodynamic lens, integrating culture, attachment theory, and neurobiology, all while striving to ground my work in empathy, compassion, and authenticity. I have a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and prioritize understanding the entirety of a person including sociocultural systems that influence a persons worldview.
