Welcome to my profile! Thank you for taking the time to read about me and I look forward to working with you. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker. I have a Masters degree in Social Work from Rutgers University, NJ. I have 5+ years of experience of counseling in a variety of settings. I have worked with many clients on different issues such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, OCD, relationship issues and much more.

I believe that we are all capable of changing our lives to the better but we all need to start somewhere. Your strength lies within you; but you need to believe in yourself. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Humanistic Therapy. I provide a safe supportive environment where individuals can feel free to express themselves and their needs.
