I have been working in the counseling field since 2016 and received my master's degree in professional counseling from Grand Canyon University. Prior to beginning my counseling life, I was a Special Education teacher. My passion is helping people in general but I especially enjoy helping someone heal from trauma. I have also worked with people with Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar Disorder, ADHD, and Schizophrenia. I typically utilize CBT, IFS, and EMDR modalities of therapy (and am always willing to learn new modalities). I believe in living life to the fullest and that is what I would love to help you do!
