Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the state of Illinois. I have worked with a variety of populations since 2015 when I first started as an advocate for domestic violence survivors. Most recently, I have worked with children and adults dealing with a variety of life-changing situations such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and ADHD, just to name a few. I’ve worked in a community-based non-profit setting, a school setting, and a private practice setting. My most utilized approaches with clients are cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered, and solution-focused therapies. When working with clients, I always try to meet you where you are at. Therapy can be intimidating and it takes a lot of courage to talk to someone about things that you are struggling with. I believe that everyone has the capability to change their situation, whether big or small.
