Sometimes, we just need a little help seeing that power within us or some support to harness it. I am committed to providing that support for you. The mind, body, and soul are connected. We are all connected to each other. Therefore, I take a holistic approach while assisting clients as they explore their strengths and areas in their lives they want to improve.
I provide a supportive, safe, open space for those traveling down the path of change and growth. Plus, I believe that having a few laughs along the way is essential because humor is an important part of healing and connecting.
My areas of expertise and special interest are substance abuse disorders, depression, anxiety, ADHD/ADD management, chronic pain, blended family issues, and trauma. I look forward to meeting you and being part of your journey.
