I have practiced counseling since 2020. I primarily work with clients dealing with depression, anxiety, and stress. I work with adults. What is your approach to therapy? I will intervene by building a committed alliance with you. We will set goals that we agree are priorities and create a plan to achieve each goal. Depression, anxiety, or trauma can be very difficult to deal with. I will be your partner in your journey by holding you accountable and utilizing various techniques to help you with each challenge. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? I will try my best to understand you and hold you accountable. I understand that you are looking for solutions to your problems. I will construct a treatment plan that helps you reach those solutions and be the best version of yourself. Our first session is us getting to know each other. I will try to learn as much as I can about you and answer any questions you have.
