I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD,PTSD, Bipolar and substance misuse. I've had the privilege of learning and being in the field of mental health for seven years. What is your approach to therapy? When collaborating with clients I use the holistic approach of the mind, body, spirit connection. I have been trained and use the clinical interventions of DBT, CBT, EMDR and Motivational Interviewing. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Goals are set by you!
