Hi!
I am a licensed clinical social worker, residing in Florida. I graduated with a masters degree in social work, at the University of Central Florida. I have 8 years of experience working with individuals, of all ages, and families. I am here to help you process and learn how to manage difficult emotions. I will provide a safe, non-judgmental environment for you to address your wants and needs. I am a strong believer in learning to treat ourselves with kindness and compassion. It is a goal of mine to empower clients with the skills to truly take care of their emotional well being. I take a strengths based, person centered approach.
