Hello, I'm a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and Qualified Supervisor. I have been doing therapy for about 6 years but worked in the mental health overall for close to 15 years. I have an innate ability to genuinely build rapport, show empathy, and process with compassion. My approach to our conversations are strength-based and person-centered with a mix of reality therapy.

Awareness is key! Once you become aware of the barriers hindering you from thriving, you welcome the process of change. INVESTING in YOURSELF is the first step. I work with those who want help with processing challenges such as depression, anxiety, various trauma experiences, relationship concerns, adjustment issues, separation struggles and basic day-to-day stressors that may be overwhelming. I love to assist by developing specific goals and plans for immediate changes in behavior. Self-love is the motivating factor in how I approach my sessions.
