I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counseling with over 25 years of experience in the counseling field. I specialize in treating people who have experienced traumatic events and who may be experiencing symptoms of anxiety. I have experience with treating generalized anxiety, relational issues, parenting struggles, career and life transitions and helping my clients make the changes. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Techniques to support clients in making the changes they desire.
I am also a wife, a mom to teenage and young adult sons and 4 very spoiled dogs.
