With over 23 years of counseling experience and clinical training my goal as a clinician is to use the knowledge I’ve gained to assist my clients with becoming their best possible self, which at times include challenging themselves on levels never explored. I have specialized training in depression, anxiety, trauma, grief and bereavement, phase of life challenges, stress management, anger management, to name a few. What is your approach to therapy? My innovative approach to treatment and tailored interventions aids in my ability to assist clients with breaking through those mental barriers to meet their wellness goals and objectives. It’s a a collaborative effort where I take a holistic approach, assessing and strengthening coping skills that aid the mind, body and spirit. What can clients expect to take away from sessions with you? Clients can expect to gain increased self awareness and a greater understanding of their challenges, to include how to better manage them. Self-empowerment is at the core of every therapeutic intervention I utilize which is an important element to the foundation of growth and healing.
