I am a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist with 8 years of experience. My expertise is in addiction and co-occurring disorders including Anxiety, Depression, Bipolar, personality disorders, and psychosis. I also work with children/adolescents and families focusing on behavioral interventions, social skills, self-esteem, communication, and parent training as well. My compassionate and calm energy has led to success in short term crisis management and welcomes all my clients to find safety in the nonjudgmental environment that I provide. My goal is to help my clients improve their quality of life by reducing their symptoms. My person centered approach to therapy allows my clients to feel empowered to uncover their truth which leads to a journey of self-exploration and healing. I collaborate with my clients to reach their desired goals and allow them to set their own pace. My skills include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and training in Eye Movement Reprocessing and Desensitization (EMDR) to treat trauma.
