Hi, my name is Monica McCombs. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Indiana and National Certified Counselor (NCC) intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I specialize in working with people who struggle to cope with the intensity of their emotions leading to behavioral difficulties including substance use, self-harm, suicidal ideations, aggression, family conflict, and peer conflict. I also work with individuals struggling with depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, and life stressors. I look forward to hearing from you!
