People reach out for help for many different reasons. It is my job to meet you where you are and help you move your life forward to where you want it to be regardless of you difficulty. I know taking that first step can result in lots of anxiety and it is my job to make the process as smooth as possible for you. I was born and raised in Iowa. Lived for a few years on the rainy Oregon coast and now back to Iowa. My Bengal cat will sometimes be seen perching on my chair back during videos. My focus is on empowering you to reach your goals by providing you a non judgmental safe space to address your concerns.
