Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the states of Arkansas and Missouri with over 20 years of experience working in the field of counseling. I have worked with clients of various ages and with a wide range of concerns including stress and anxiety, relationship issues, family conflicts, motivation, self-esteem and ADHD.

My mission as a counselor is to provide ethical, skilled and trustworthy counseling while partnering with my clients as they are empowered to set goals and navigate the life they desire for themselves. I believe in treating others with respect, sensitivity and compassion. My counseling approach combines client centered therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and solution focused therapy.
