About

I am a licensed mental health counselor licensed in Massachusetts with over 10 years of experience working as a emergency services counselor and adolescent and family therapist. I have significant experience with families involved in DCF and DMH state agencies. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, addiction challenges, and ADHD. I also have significant experience working with individuals on the autism spectrum having both social and educational issues. I also helped many people who have experienced physical trauma or emotional abuse.

My counseling style is both warm and supportive. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, trauma focused and mindfulness counseling. I will tailor our sessions and your treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
