I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) at Foresight San Jose. I received my Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology with a specialization in Creative Expression from The Institute of Transpersonal Psychology. I have experience working in Community-Based, Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient with adolescents, families, individuals and couples in Mental Health Settings. I have a passion for working with adolescents, young adults, families, couples, and all individuals in order to assist them in achieving their goals in life by building a foundation and applying the necessary coping skills in order to handle to anything that comes your way. I approach therapy from a client-centered perspective. I will meet you where you are and help you grow and heal. I am creative in finding a way to help you uncover the road blocks that may be hindering you or uncover the hidden feelings that you may have buried away. My specialty areas include adolescent issues, anxiety disorders, depression, family conflict/ family issues, gender identity, LGBTQ+, marital and premarital, couples, parenting, racial identity, and substance use.
