My name is Monica Joseph and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over twenty years of experience in the mental health field. I resonate with providing a holistic approach to counseling including focusing on creating balance in body, mind, and spirit with an emphasis on self-care. My areas of specialties include Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse, Couple's Counseling (Imago Therapy) Stress Management as well as Trauma Focused counseling. I pull from a variety of counseling philosophies and meet each individual client where they are in the change process. I also have a specialization in working with children and their families, providing Applied Behavioral Analysis for diagnoses of ADHD, Developmental Delays, and Autism Spectrum Disorder.
