Hey there. I’m Monica. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Tennessee with over 8 years of experience working as a counselor and life coach. I have had the opportunity to work with clients dealing with a wide range of concerns including relationship issues, sexuality, stress and anxiety, spirituality, trauma, anger, and life transitions. I understand maneuvering your way through life's challenges can be difficult. You can be left feeling anxious, frustrated, lonely, or even angry when personal issues go unsolved. Know that you don't have to tackle life's problems on your own.

As an individual, you are multifaceted and unique. To nourish your uniqueness, I use an approach that is holistic and integrative. I combine cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and trauma-focused therapy, along with other therapeutic processes, to engage you as a whole-person – mind, body, and spirit. I provide a positive and safe therapeutic environment, holding space for you to freely express yourself as you begin your journey of self-discovery and healing.
