I am a multi-lingual therapist (English and Spanish.) I specialize in working with people suffering from depression, anxiety, trauma, parenting difficulties, life transitions, difficulties with acculturation, domestic violence, and much more. I work with children/adolescents, parents, couples and individuals. I am passionate about working with families and minorities. I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist and I received my Masters of Science in Marital and Family Therapy. I am certified in Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and I am also a certified in Parent Child CARE (PC CARE.) Therapy is a process which can be confusing, intimidating, and triggering. The therapy process takes time. However, it is possible to resolve issues that arise from trauma and other root sources via professional help. I bring genuineness and balance to each therapy session to explore the root cause of the ongoing turmoil in your life. I will provide a sympathetic environment to aid you in feeling comfortable in this process. My approach to therapy is varied. I believe that there is no single approach that fits all. I work collaboratively with my clients to find what works best for them in their healing and growth process.
