I graduated with a Bachelors in psychology and Masters's degree in Social work. I have experience working with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, loss, grief, trauma, and self-esteem.

My therapy style is warm and understanding. I believe in treating everyone with respect, integrity, sensitivity, and compassion. I know that we all go through things in our life and it isn't easy. However, it does feel better when we know that there is someone unbiased there to listen and who cares. I believe that life is a journey, and in any journey, there can be obstacles. That is where I can help. You don't have to do it alone. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic,solution-focused, and rational-emotive therapy.
