I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been providing therapy to clients from all walks of life and across the life span for over 9 years. I understand how difficult opening up can be, and I know that finding the right person to talk with is important. It is my honor to help people live life to their fullest potential. Together we will work through any obstacles you may be having and explore self-defeating thoughts that are keeping you stuck from living the life you want. What is your approach to therapy? My approach to psychotherapy draws upon a number of different treatment modalities to help my clients heal and meet their goals. I use a gentle, strength based, trauma informed approach to help bring about awareness, meaning and solutions to life's challenges. I look forward to meeting you! It might be reading a new book, a conversation to be had with someone or a new goal to work towards to get you what you want out of your life!
