I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and hold a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Psychology. While I am trained in a variety of treatment modalities, the actual counseling approach used with a client is determined by that client's level of need. I have helped many achieve constructive changes in their trauma experiences, managing mental health symptoms, and achieve personal relationship success while meeting people exactly where they are in terms of their readiness to change. I will incorporate a strengths-based and client-centered focus that seeks to enhance the client's level of motivation for personal growth. I believe that everyone can change when faced with adversities when provided with an empathetic, nonjudgmental, compassionate, and safe environment. I believe that seeking assistance with dealing with life challenges demonstrates a great deal of strength and I can help you discover the tools already inside of you to cope with your struggles and enable you to see life the way God intended it to be for you.
