Hello there. My name is Monet C. Ramsey and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC). My approach to therapy is simple and effective. I meet people where they are at and assist them to be GREAT! My approach My approach to providing therapy is person-centered. With this as the basis, I incorporate motivational interviewing, CBT, and trauma informed therapies to help facilitate change. My focus I have worked with teenagers to adults in a variety of settings that include residential, inpatient/outpatient, and prison that includes Mental Health and Substance Abuse.. Anxiety, Depression, Anger, and Trauma are conditions I am comfortable treating. My communication style My sessions are very laid back and comfortable. Working with me feels like being able to express yourself and having someone that is easy to talk to with no judgment.
