I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) for women with substance problems as well as an outpatient mental health setting. I have experience assisting clients with a variety of problems including depression, anger management, anxiety, relationships, trauma, abuse, parenting, self esteem, and domestic violence.
My approach to sessions are cognitive behavioral, person centered, psycho educational and trauma informed. I tailor my sessions to meet the clients needs. I believe that everyone deserves respect no matter their circumstances and utilize empathy and compassion in sessions. I look forward to meeting you.
