My name is Mona Berry, and I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Michigan, with over 15 years of experience in the field. I earned my Master of Social Work degree, specializing in Interpersonal Practice, from Wayne State University in 2008. I have worked with a wide variety of populations in many different settings including outpatient and schools providing both individual and group therapy. I have experience working with individuals facing a variety of personal issues such as homelessness, domestic violence, ADHD, Anxiety, Stress, Depression, self-esteem, family problems, trauma/abuse, relationships/parenting, and more. It takes a lot of courage to reach out for help. Therapy allows you to comfortably and safely explore your experiences and struggles to gain relief and solutions. Let me guide you through this journey to overcoming pain, develop coping strategies, and define goals that you want out of life so that you can feel yourself again.
