I am an advocate for feeling good with and within yourself, and I am glad you have taken the step to enhance your well-being.

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Hawaii with over 8 years of experience working in various roles to enhance Mental Health. I have worked with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, career challenges, and life adjustments. I have worked with various populations and have a deep connection with the Military Community.

My therapy style is warm and interactive. I believe in treating anyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion, and I don't believe in stigmatizing labels. My approach is person-centered and I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs. By working collaboratively with my clients, we can focus on identifying and improving agreed upon treatment goals. Together we attempt to reduce the impact of mental health problems, and to improve the quality of their lives.
