My name is Molly Newman I am a licensed professional clinical counselor in Minnesota with 4 years of experience in counseling and 10 years in different areas of mental health field. I have worked with trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, challenges in career, ADHD and autism.

My counseling style is person focused, I believe people are the experts on their own life and I am just a tool in their tool box to help improve different aspects of their life. My approach is strength based, cognitive behavioral, and solution focused.

I understand how difficult it is to take the first step in therapy and reaching out for help. I am looking forward to working on helping you develop the skills to live a life worth living.
