I believe one of the bravest things you can do is begin to understand yourself. Whether it is your first time in therapy or you are an experienced client, it is important to me that therapy is a collaborative process in which my clients feel connected to me in a real, human way. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience working with depression, anxiety and relationship issues. I approach every situation in a non-judgemental, empathetic way.
