Life often puts bumps in the road that throw us off track. With everyday stressors and the unfortunate events in life that happen to all of us, it can be hard to find your way again. With the right support, reflection and awareness, you can get back into a better place and learn new ways to manage your emotions, healthier ways to interact with yourself and others and find deep meaning in life. The environments we live in, our relationships and experiences all have a tremendous impact on us and the beliefs we form about ourselves. It is important to have people in your corner that will support you in being able to look at challenges with a fresh set of eyes and noticing how things could be different. My name is Molly Butler and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California. For the last 9 years, I have been working with adults, adolescents, children and their families in managing the hard parts of life. I would love to support you in your journey in managing your anxiety, depression, difficult adjustments and trauma. I hold a special place in my heart for mamas who have experienced infertility and pregnancy loss as well as perinatal and postnatal difficulties. I also have years of experience working with parents in navigating the challenges that come with parenting.
