Hi there! I am a marriage and family therapist licensed in California with over 5 years of experience working as a child development and parenting specialist, as well as a life coach to individuals working through a variety of life’s challenges. I have worked with clients dealing with a wide range of concerns including life transitions, anxiety, issues related to self-esteem, relationship issues, family issues, parenting issues, attention to task and life organization.
My counseling style is warm, empathetic and interactive. As a part of my practice style, I believe strongly in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity and compassion. My approach is strength based and combines cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness and solution focused counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
One of my greatest passions in life is helping individuals to learn valuable tools for creating stronger connections and relationships. Every individual requires a unique perspective and different level of support and I find it incredibly rewarding to support each individual through their process of self-growth and change. Every small step of growth adds up, moving us towards the greatest version of ourselves. Taking the initial step towards seeking a happier and more fulfilling life can be challenging.
