My name is Molly Bean and I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in the state of Oregon. I earned my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University in 2016. I have been employed at a child abuse intervention center since 2011 and have filled numerous roles but have been a child and family therapist since 2016. Most of my clients have experienced trauma, anxiety, depression, domestic violence and loss. I have treated individuals from as young as three through senior years. I have found that the most important aspect of therapy is feeling trust and connection between the clinician and client. It is a great privilege that many people have chosen to trust me with their most challenging experiences and feelings. I’m able to offer emotional support, assessment, treatment, parenting education, psychological education and trauma informed treatment. I believe in the resiliency of people and encourage clients to identify and use their own strengths to reach their goals. I pride myself in providing warm, honest, professional and non-judgmental services. Reaching out for help is a very difficult and powerful step, and I’m honored to be a part of the journey to health.
