About

I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and to a lot of people those initials do not mean anything. I am a graduate level prepared counselor. In addition to my Social Work Master's degree, I also have a Master's in Public Health. I believe that the combination of Social Work and Public Health allow me to bring a balance of clinical knowledge and systems level work that can help people manage real work objectives, like preparing for job transitions and obtainment.
The ultimate goal in this work is to be helpful for you. That can look like a lot of different interventions. I am a safe, consistent person to process experiences, share thoughts and reactions, and provide thoughtful feedback. Through this process you can learn how to: analyze issues in your own life, to step back and interrupt negative patterns in your life, find relief from the burdens that you are constantly carrying around, and get unstuck individually or in your relationships. I provide a wide range of services to meet a wide range of needs. I meet you where you are at in the process.
